Each of our counsellors has experienced personally the trauma that conflict or a personal or family tragedy can cause and the problems it can create for both the individual and those close to them.

 

Through their personal experiences our Counsellors are able to empathize and develop a greater understanding of our clients needs for now and into the future.

 

COUNSELLING

Counselling is available for any individuals who are experiencing problems with life direction, conflict, guilt, anxiety, self-esteem , bereavement or any issue you feel you need help to work through.

 

You may be struggling with thoughts and feelings about yourself, your life direction or relationships with others. Often, it’s not just one area of life that feels out of balance, but a combination of issues that contribute to an overall sense of unease, confusion or distress.


Counselling is a practical way to prioritize and work through your concerns at your own pace and can be a powerful tool to help find new direction in your life, find solutions that are acceptable to you and resolve problems on our own terms
